2002 - 2009 Lexus GX470 Low Profile Front Fender Extension Covers
Did you remove your factory side steps for more clearance and don't like the look of the front fender with the missing trim piece?
We have you covered with our fender extension that uses the stock mounting holes and mounting clips. Our cover is 3D printed and matches the factory contour of the fender.
This is our lowest profile fender extension cover. It was designed to be flush with the bottom of the doors. The height of our cover comes in just under 1.5".
Price includes a pair of covers(LH/RH).
Our fender extensions come in black. Ready to be primed and painted by you if you choose. Believe us when we say you don't want us to do the painting.
***Black covers will not be a perfect color match to the Lexus paint.***
If you want a simple way to fill the holes in your rocker panels where the running board clips were then take a look at our Lexus GX470 Rocker Panel Plugs.
3D printed flexible polyurethane plugs to plug the rocker panel holes after running board removal. No tools required, they push into place. Order contains enough plugs to fill all of the holes in both sides. Available in black.

Amazing product and great fitment
Product was nice fit as described, but quite disappointed in having to pay over $40 in shipping one Canadian vendor to another

We are located in the United States not Canada. That shipping costs are set by the carriers are are most expensive outside on the United States. Your shipping was also 24 CAD which is currently just over $17, not quite the claimed $40.
These 3D printed front fender covers are the perfect option for those that don't want to hack their side steps apart. Overall good fitment, easy install, and they look good. I painted mine with color matched paint from automotive touch up to make them look more factory. If you don't like the 3D printed lines, you sand them. In an off road application, it does what it needs to by covering that gap. Thank you!
Pros:
1. takes up the empty space from empty rockers.
2. Looks good from a distance
Cons:
1. 3d printed instead of molded plastic. Time will tell if it is durable.
2. Because it’s 3D printed, each pass the printer makes to build up the part is very visible and does not look good if you are closer than 15 feet.
3. Because it’s 3D printed, you can more easily rip out it the screws if you have an impact on it.
The design is good. But for $50, I was expecting molded plastic, not a 3D print. When using this on an off road build, this is not what is desired.
