We have the fix for you. After comparing an undamaged and damaged Power Wheels Porsche 911 GT3 we spotted a weakness if the front bumper support brace. There is an area that fatigues over time when the front bumper comes in contact with items. This area breaks causing the support brace to snap.
We 3d scanned a good undamaged bumper support brace. Then we designed a two piece brace that sandwiches the stock support brace. Stiffening the brace and preventing it from breaking again.
This fix would also be recommended for undamaged support braces to prevent them from breaking. Our undamaged brace started to show signs of fatigue simply from removing it and installing it on the vehicle a couple times.
